Superior Jaw Crusher – Pre-Crushing Excellence

The LAARMANN® LMC Jaw Crusher is engineered for the pre-crushing of extremely hard to brittle materials. Designed for both batchwise and continuous pre-crushing of middle hard, hard brittle, and tough materials, it is the perfect preparation step for subsequent fine grinding.

Principle of Operation:
Used by laboratories and processing companies, the LMC Jaw Crusher crushes solid materials such as rocks, soil, and ores. The material enters the crushing chamber via a guide chute and is crushed by the action between a static and a dynamic jaw plate. The crushed material passes through a pre-set gap, which can be steplessly adjusted from 0 mm to 30 mm using a hand wheel and mm scale, including zero point calibration.

Easy Cleaning and User-Friendly Operation:
No jaw crusher is easier to clean than the LMC Jaw Crusher. After crushing, the infeed hopper can be removed instantly, and the front door can be opened, providing full access to the crushing chamber. This enables fast and thorough cleaning of the grinding tools.
