In this case the problem was to prove the quality of smaller amounts of 25Kg bags of high end and costly raw material for the pharmaceutical industry. This is an even more difficult task when the complete day production is only 75Kg total.
The cyclone was taking a lot of impurities from the external room into the product because of the vacuum. Laarmann supplied a closed solution which increased the purity of the product and so the productions value.
Optionally the customer can move the sampling system between the rotary valve and the 20Kg bag filling unit. If the customer doesn’t need to sample the product, the rotary valve is simply filling the bag using the inflatable bag connection.
