The LAARMANN® Rotary Sample Divider combines 3 modules in one machine, offering versatile and accurate sample division for laboratory and industrial applications.
The sample is deposited into the infeed funnel, which can be customized based on the required collector volume. A frequency-controlled vibratory feeder then distributes the sample into a free-falling stream — the most reliable method of sampling. The stream is divided using one of three rotating modules, depending on the downstream analytical requirements. Rotational speed is fully adjustable through the machine’s control system.
100% of the sample is collected by buckets forming a 360° circle. Standard configurations include 2, 4, 6, 8, or 10 equal-sized buckets. Custom bucket sets can also be manufactured based on user needs. Ideal when the entire sample needs to be retained.
A carousel holds one or more buckets. Only the required sample amount is collected, and excess material is discarded into a reject bucket/bag below. This is ideal for situations where only a portion of the sample is needed for testing.
100% of the sample is collected in bottles arranged in a 360° circle using specially designed funnels to guide the flow precisely into each bottle. Standard sets include 2, 4, 6, 8, or 10 funnels, and customized sets are also available upon request.
